ABS Check
The wheel anti-lock braking system is an electronic and mechanical system for controlling the movement of the wheels during the braking process of a vehicle (car, motorcycle, truck) in order to avoid their constant immobilization (blocking).
Blocking the wheels is undesirable when braking a car because it significantly reduces its traction, ie reduces the ability to change course and under certain conditions significantly increases the time required to stop it.
To check the installation of ABS system it is necessary to present:
- Vehicle license
- Technical Inspection Bulletin in force
- Certificate of good installation from an authorized craftsman and authorized workshop
- Certificate of good operation from an authorized inspector
- Original invoice for the purchase of ABS parts and invoice for the provision of services by the craftsman
